Maharashtra Assembly Election 2019; Aamir Khan, Lara Dutta, Riteish Deshmukh cast their votes
As Maharashtra observes the Assembly Elections 2019 today, it is time for the citizens to exercise their voting rights and play their part in choosing the Government democratically. Public figures have always played an important role in encouraging the commoners to practice their rights. As the voting day unfolded, superstar Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao were among the first ones to reach the polling booth and cast their votes.
Lara Dutta also fulfilled her duty of being a responsible citizens quite early. 'Mumbai come out and exercise your right to vote!!,' she wrote on social media, urging others to go out and vote as well.

Riteish Deshmukh, who originally belongs to Maharashtra's Latur, traveled to his hometown to cast his vote. He shared a picture of himself and wife Genelia D'Souza, both flaunting their inked fingers.
